Part-time Accounts Executive — Zoho Books
For day-to-day accounting support, Zoho Books entries, invoice coordination, payment follow-ups and clean financial records.
What you’ll handle
- Maintain sales, purchase, expense and payment entries in Zoho Books
- Support GST/TDS/accounting documentation and reconciliation work
- Coordinate invoices, vendor bills, payment reminders and basic reports
- Keep records organized for management and CA review
Good fit if you have
- Practical Zoho Books experience is required
- Comfortable with invoices, bills, ledgers and reconciliations
- Careful with details, timelines and documentation
- Part-time availability with reliable communication
